Following the announcement from Jet Airways today, we will be reimbursing all Hopper customers who booked a flight on Jet Airways in full. In keeping with the commitment we made to our customers impacted by the WOW Air closure on March 28, Hopper will also cover the full cost of rebooking for all of our stranded customers in transit due to Jet Airways’ sudden suspension. Our team is currently getting in touch with our customers in transit via SMS and in-app push notification for more information.
