What can we say about New York that Jay Z hasn’t already rhapsodized in a chart-topping hit? If you can make it here, then you can make it anywhere – and anybody worth slyly Instagramming has certainly made it here. But remember that sly is the crucial word – NYC is the celeb’s playground, domicile and workplace.
