The Disruption Guarantee product is available to all passengers as an add-on when booking through flyflair.com. 

How It Works: 

In the event of a canceled flight or flight delay of 2 hours or more, affected passengers will have the additional opportunity to choose between the following options:

• New Flight Option: Passengers have the choice to book a new flight on any airline for the same day or the next day. This assists passengers in reaching their intended destinations without undue delay.

• Full Refund: Passengers who are not satisfied with their rebooking options on other airlines receive a full refund equal to the original cost of the flight.
