We are excited to share Hopper has been named the silver winner of the Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year as part of the 2024 Best in Biz Awards International, the only independent global business awards program judged each year by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier publications from around the world.
Over the last year, Hopper has deployed several new AI customer service tools and features to improve the travel booking and planning experience for our customers. In deploying these new features, Hopper is able to ensure that customers receive consistently high-quality resolutions, timely and accurate responses and around the clock support. We are committed to providing the best possible service for our users, as well as our partners globally, and continue to find new and innovative ways to improve the experience for our customers.
For the past 12 years, Best in Biz Awards has seen nominations from the best in global business. Throughout the years, they have upheld the same judging standards to curate consistent lists of winners with high levels of achievement, innovation and creativity year after year. Winners were determined based on scoring from an independent panel of judges from a variety of top-tier publications and media outlets and representing all continents and a total of 15 countries.
This year’s judging panel included writers, editors and broadcasters from global publications such as Computer Hoy (Spain), Data Breach Today (UK), HTMAG (Israel), Huffington Post, Irish Independent (Ireland), InBusiness (Cyprus and Greece), NDR (Germany), Panorama Magazine (United Arab Emirates), Small Business IT (Canada), TechRadar (UK), as well as other outlets from Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Nigeria, United Kingdom and more.
