Virgin Australia Launches Cancel for Any Reason Powered by HTS

Virgin Australia and HTS, the B2B division of Hopper, have partnered to introduce Cancel For Any Reason, giving customers more flexibility when booking their travel. This new option, integrated directly into Virgin Australia's booking flow, offers customers the ability to cancel their Economy Lite or Choice airfares for any reason, for a fee.

When booking eligible flights through the Virgin Australia website, customers can now choose to purchase Cancel For Any Reason, providing them with a refund option of either 80% or 100% of their original airfare (including taxes but excluding additional ancillary costs like extra baggage or seat selection), when cancelling within the specified timeframes*. This provides customers with flexibility beyond standard fare rules for Economy Lite and Choice, offering peace of mind if their travel plans need to change.
